ITINERARY

Day by Day

DAY 1 Kenya

DAY 1: ARRIVE In Nairobi

Overnight in Nairobi

  • Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by 2 – 6  Pm and private transfer to your 5 Star Luxury hotel in Nairobi.
  • Meet your fellow Voyagers and get ready for  ‘Beast of a Feast’ welcome Dinner set in an attractive tropical garden.

DAY 2: Great Rift Valley - Masai Mara National Reserve

  • Early Breakfast and checkout. Meet our ROV Local Guide / Driver, we start off towards Masai Mara National Reserve, the magical kingdom of animals in the mighty Savannah Grasslands. The drive to Masai Mara will go through the spectacular Great Rift Valley and the Masai countryside.
  • We reach by the lunchtime and after a little rest we start our first-afternoon game viewing drive, you shall have an opportunity to see the wildebeest, herds of buffalo, Lion, Impala, Giraffe, Elephants, Topi, Warthog, Ostrich, Cheetah, Hyena and many more.

DAY 3: Masai Mara Game Drive - Masai Village

  • After Breakfast, meet our ROV Local Guide / Driver it will be a game viewing extravaganza!  MasaiMara Game Reserve remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system in the Natural world. It is host to the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals. The scenic appeal of the tree-studded savannah plains, the moderate climate and diversity of wild game species makes it a one-stop shop for game viewing activities.
  • After Lunch, we will visit a Masai Village to get the authentic look at Masai life and culture today, much of it largely unchanged for hundreds of years.

DAY 4: Hot Air Balloon - Game Drive

  • Optional (you can take a Hot Air Balloon Safari) early morning and join us for the game drive after your Balloon Safari.
  • After Breakfast, meet our ROV Local Guide / Driver and we repeat the game viewing by going off the beaten paths or We shall traverse the MasaiMara reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the big five and more of the lesser game.
  • Picnic lunch shall be by the Mara river as we watch hippos & crocodiles.

DAY 5: Equator - Mount Kenya - Sweetwaters

Overnight stay at Olpejeta/ Sweetwaters Conservancy

  • Early Breakfast and we will drive towards Mount Kenya & OlPejeta Conservancy, famous for the presence of all members of the ‘BIG FIVE GAME.’ – Lion, Cape Buffalo, African Elephant, Leopard, Rhinoceros.
  • The drive is via scenic agricultural zones of central Kenya. As the Equator passes through Kenya, you have the chance to visit both the Northern Hemisphere and the Southern Hemisphere on the same safari and even on the same day.
  • Afternoon game viewing drives at the Olpejeta/ Sweetwaters Conservancy.

DAY 6: Sweetwaters - Lake Naivasha

  • After Breakfast, We depart Sweetwaters and proceed to the  Lake Naivasha, which is a freshwater lake in the Great Rift Valley. It is home to a variety of wildlife including over 400 different species of bird and a sizeable population of Hippos. The scenic drive is via Thomson’s Falls where you stop to view the waterfalls.
  • We spend the afternoon with bird and Hippos viewing by taking a private boat ride in Lake Naivasha.
Day-6

DAY 7: Back to Nairobi and Good Bye

  • Voyagers It’s the end of the road for your Kenyan adventure and time to say Good Bye and make our way to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport from where you’ll catch your flight back to your home destination.
  • Feel free to ask us if you want to arrange to delay your return to reality after this amazing Kenyan experience and add a day or two to discover Lake Nakuru National Park or a visit to Mombasa a melting pot of languages and cultures from all sides of the Indian Ocean, waits like an exotic dessert for travellers who make it to Kenya’s coastline.
